Delivery & Retuns
Delivery varies depending on the size of them item, the majority will be delivered in 3-5 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Larger items such as full decking kits will have turn around / delivery time specific to that item, so please contact us if you require this.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a further email once your goods have been dispatched.
If you're not in when we try to deliver, a calling card will be left so you can easily rearrange at a time convenient to you.
Missing parcel? Please contact our customer services team if you have not received your goods within 6 days of placing your order, and we will do our upmost to clarify the situation.
We are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund up to 7 days from when the product was received. Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. For more help please contact; firstname.lastname@example.org
NEW - If you wish to return your new item they must be returned to us within 7 days and in perfect original sale condition.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your original or return postage costs. If you wish to make a return please either fill in the contact page located on the menu bar or email us at; email@example.com
USED - We do not accept returns on used items such as full decks etc. Every effort is made to show overall condition of the decks for sale but buyers are more than welcome to view decks at our yard before making the decision to purchase.
